Where are you based?

Key West, Florida — Mile Marker 0, the southernmost city in the continental US. It's as good as it sounds.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Some items ship from domestic warehouses and get there faster. You'll always receive a tracking number so you know exactly where your gear is.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Under $75, a flat rate applies and is calculated at checkout.

What's your return policy?

30 days, no hassle. If something isn't right, email us and we'll sort it out. Full details on our Returns page.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email us right away at conchrepublictc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll get a replacement out to you ASAP.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to make changes before it ships. After that, the return process applies.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available on select items — reach out and ask.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Checkout is secure and handled through Shopify.
